I had videos on old film reels, VHS, and 8 mm that were mine and my parents. What an awesome thing to find FOREVER. I sent everything I had in and was surprised at how good my parents films of 60 plus years old turned out. What a relief to have things permanently saved now knowing that new technology won't affect them anymore. Now the work and fun begins for me to get things organized.

While our family suffered a recent tragedy in the passing of my father, I feel so grateful that both my parents and myself had all of our family memories safely stored with FOREVER (and many of these memories were from slides that my folks had digitized with the company several years earlier). For the funeral, I was able to easily design 3 beautiful photo boards as well as a video slideshow to give Pops the sendoff he deserved. It would have been a nightmare if we did not have all of our photos in one place. And now I can easily share those photos and slideshow with our family and friends with a click of a button. Thank you FOREVER for being committed to the long term preservation of our photos and videos!

I've often had problems with downloading and ordering my printed books. Just don't do it often enough to remember the process. I almost always call for help and always get it resolved very quickly. the person on line is always cheerful, ready to help and very knowledgeable. Thank you

I was so happy with the results of the Digitization of my negatives, polaroid photos. I was so excited to have found negatives of my dad's when he was young and in the navy, I will cherish those photos forever. I also had a VSH tape converted of our family 16mm film, it is priceless and is cherished by my family.

I was having lots of issues getting m my artisan working, staff were awesome in helping me to get going. The uploading was an experience, I didn't know what was happening, was getting a message, 'interruption' - what did this mean? I kept plugging on, not sure what was happening - finally I finished & had the project updated 4 times! Ok, what going on? I deleted 3, ordered 1 - thought I'd ordered lay flat but somehow got regular. Was a little disappointed but the book itself is absolutely great!!

I was trying to upload old albums from old versions of artisan and came across a couple issues that were quickly resolved by the chat help. Much appreciated!

I have to say that my mothers death came as a shock to us and getting her mask from covid removed was a true blessing.
Then when we found negatives that were over 70 years old and were able to digitize them and upload all kinds of generational photos to share with family from other states it's been amazing and I would recommend Forever to all my friends and family.
We are all so grateful for all their services.

The quality of the albums are very nice. Wish I could edit photos with more tools on the site, such as blurring the background.

I wish that the process for putting the books together was more flexible and more intuitive. Also, I REALLY wish I could edit photos better.

Quite often I get get gift certificates and coupons via email. I have a private album that I put a screen snip of the certificate or coupon in. In the description I put the info about the coupon (amount, expiration, and the code itself-so all I have to do is copy and paste when I need to use it) The final thing I do is turn on the 'red heart', that lets me know I haven't used it yet. When I use the coupon or gift certificate, I turn off the 'red heart'. I haven't lost a coupon or gift certificate in years. I love that my FOREVER account can be used in so many ways. *U* Kathleen
